Sadly, at the moment no it's not. The story is currently clocking in at just over 8000 words and I'd say it's about 90% done.
I'd love to get it out for public consumption but structurally it's all over the place. The plan is to start a series rewatch, fill in those blank spaces within the story, and then maybe a beta can help me pound it into submission.
